Whatever you need, I can build it.
The systems behind the screen: databases, integrations, payments, AI and the servers they run on, built properly and owned by the business that uses them.
Communication was excellent throughout the project. Whenever I had a question or needed something adjusted, Brendon was quick to get back to me and help work through it. His experience and knowledge were clear from the outset, which gave me confidence that the project was in good hands.

Their whole shop,
brought in‑house.
Their price calculator, design editor and every price sat on a print platform they rented by the month and couldn't change. I rebuilt all of it as plugins on their own server. The subscription is gone, the prices are theirs, and customers can do more than they could before.
- No more platform rentThe monthly subscription is gone. They own the code outright.
- Prices they control83 products and 4,719 prices, updated in one spreadsheet and checked on the server.
- Print-ready from the browserCustomers design online. The shop gets a CMYK print file, not a screenshot.
- Not one price lostEvery row moved across and checked: 0 differences.
Foxera · Salon booking platform
The whole salon,
on one platform.
Foxera sells booking software to salons, spas and clinics. Every salon needed its own calendar, payments, text messages and staff tools, kept separate but running on one system. I built the platform behind it: the scheduling, the money, the two-way texts and the jobs that run while the salon is busy.
- Paid straight to the salonEach card payment lands in the salon's own Stripe account. Foxera's commission comes off automatically.
- No-shows still payThe card is saved at booking. Late cancels and no-shows are charged by the salon's policy, deposit netted off.
- Texts that handle the replyEach salon gets its own mobile number. Y, NO or a slot number is acted on. Anything unclear goes to staff.
- Empty chairs get refilledA cancelled slot is held and offered down the waitlist, one person at a time, until someone takes it.
