A doggy daycare and grooming business in Underwood. Warm, photography-led and managed by the team day to day. Not every job needs a custom application; this one needed the right tool, set up properly.

The project
The right answer was WordPress, and that was a decision.
Pet owners choose a daycare on feel. They want to see the actual dogs, the actual staff and the actual yard, decide quickly that their dog would be happy there, and then book. That's the whole job of the site.
The second requirement mattered more: the team needed to change hours, swap photos, post about this week's themed activity and adjust pricing themselves, at eight at night, without a developer in the loop. So this one is WordPress and Elementor, built with global styles so it still looks designed after years of the owners editing it.

Global styles before pages
Type, colour and spacing are set once as global settings and used everywhere, so the site doesn't drift the first time someone edits a section.
Reusable section templates
Service pages are built from saved templates, so a new service is a quick job for the owners and matches the rest of the site.
Local SEO structure
One page per service with its own title, description and headings, aimed at how people search, such as "dog grooming near me".
Bookings in the right place
Book Now buttons on every page go to the daycare's Propetware booking system, with the phone number and email up front for everyone else.
Handover
A walkthrough with the team and the site left so the next person, me or anyone else, can pick it up without a folder of tribal knowledge.
The rename
From Woof n Wags to Play Pawz.
Site moved over
WordPress switched to the new address and the old links updated to match.
Customers told
A banner across the top explains that Woof n Wags is now Play Pawz.
Nothing lost
Same site and same content, under the new name.
